Our coordinator will discuss your plans & create the best package to meet your individual needs, personal or business: Conventions, Road Shows, Weddings, Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties, Concerts & Theaters, Homecomings, Night On The Town, Casinos, Sporting Events, Birthday Parties, Sweet 16’s, Quinceaneras, Anniversaries, Funerals, Holiday Parties, Wine Tours, City Tours, and many other special occasions.

The day of your special event, we will arrive on location to provide a flawless day with on time service. Additional on site coordination includes, but not limited to, timeline and schedule for drivers, guests, family, and wedding party. Meet and greeting guests to and from locations. Organization of passengers in vehicles. Post reception transport & shuttle coordination. Our Coordinator will make sure the day moves in-sync, clients stay within the reserved hours, and remain within budget.
